Security and privacy of your files

Two ways to process, both private

Some tools run 100% in your browser: your file is never uploaded to the internet, all processing happens on your own device. That's the case with PDF to JPG and HEIC to JPG, and we'll keep expanding the list.

The rest of the tools process the file temporarily on a secure server and return it instantly. In those cases:

Automatic deletion

Your files are used only to perform the task you ask for and are deleted automatically after processing. We don't keep permanent copies or a history of your files.

We don't use them to train models

We don't use your files to train artificial intelligence or for any purpose other than the conversion or editing you request. We don't sell or share them with third parties.

Private and not indexed

The files you process are not exposed publicly or indexed by search engines. Downloads are served with headers that prevent caching and indexing.

Limits and sensitive files

On the free plan you can process files up to 50 MB (PDF) or 25 MB (images), with a limited number of files per operation. For especially sensitive documents, we recommend the tools that run in the browser, where the file never leaves your machine.

Secure connection

The entire site is served over encrypted HTTPS. We validate the type, size and number of files both in your browser and on the server to protect you and the service.
