By using DocuMixa you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
This document is indicative and is not legal advice. We recommend having a professional review it, especially the payment clauses, before relying on it.
Description of the service
DocuMixa offers free tools for PDF, images, calculations and documents, and optionally a paid "Pro" plan with additional benefits.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully: not to process content you don't have rights to or that breaks the law, and not to make abusive or automated use that harms the operation of the site.
Account
You can use most tools without signing up. The Pro plan requires signing in with one of the available methods. You are responsible for your account's activity and for keeping it secure.
Pro plan and payments
Pro unlocks benefits such as ad-free browsing and higher limits. Payment is processed by PayPhone (Ecuador) or Stripe (international); the price is shown before you pay and may include taxes such as VAT. We don't store your card details.
Renewal and cancellation
With PayPhone, Pro is a time-based pass (monthly or annual) paid once that does NOT auto-renew: when it expires, you buy it again. With Stripe, Pro is a subscription that auto-renews until you cancel it from the billing portal; on cancellation you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which may cease to apply once the digital service has been provided with your express consent.
Generated documents
The documents the site generates are indicative templates. DocuMixa does not provide legal advice; for matters with significant legal effects, consult a professional.
Intellectual property
The DocuMixa brand, the site and its software belong to us or our licensors. Your files and the content you enter remain yours.
"As is" service and liability
The Service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that processing is perfect in every case; always keep a copy of your original files. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the Service.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend or limit access in case of misuse, and we may update these terms; we will publish the current version with its last-updated date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. If you reside elsewhere (for example, in the EU), you keep the mandatory rights granted by the law of your place of residence.
