It's very common for a scanned or phone-made PDF to end up rotated: sideways or upside-down pages that make you tilt your head to read them. Rotating them and saving the correct orientation is quick and leaves the document ready to send or print.
Steps to rotate your PDF

Why does a PDF come out rotated?
It's almost always about how it was created: a scanner that took the sheet in landscape, or a photo taken with the phone sideways. The image is correct, it's just rotated; that's why turning it is enough, with no quality loss.
