How to merge several PDFs into one (free, nothing to install)
Merging invoices, reports or chapters into a single PDF is one of the most common office tasks. Here's how to do it in seconds.

Having a document split across several PDFs is inconvenient: it's harder to send, file and print. Merging them into a single file fixes that and, contrary to what many people think, you don't need to install any software or sign up.
Steps to merge PDFs
- Open the merge PDF tool and drag in two or more files.
- Order them: they'll be combined in the order they appear in the list.
- Hit process and download the resulting single PDF.

Does merging PDFs reduce quality?
No. Merging documents doesn't recompress or alter the content: each page is copied as-is into the new file, so the text stays selectable and images keep their quality.
Tips
- If you only need some pages of a PDF, split it first and then merge what you need.
- Rename the files with a number at the start (01, 02, 03…) to control the order easily.
- To email it, compress the final PDF if it exceeds your provider's limit.
The whole process is temporary and your files are deleted automatically afterwards. You can read more on our security page.
